This program is supported by the Australian Government and has a focus on being culturally safe and accessible for people from a range of priority population groups including:
- Anyone who has experienced perinatal loss
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
- Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) families
- Refugee and migrant communities
- Women and families in rural and remote Australia
- Women and families under 20 years
Free interpreting is available for those that need it.
Services are available bulk billed or at a low cost. To receive Medicare subsidies you need a mental health treatment plan and referral to Rural Health Connect from your GP or, if necessary, we have a GP available who can support you in getting a mental health treatment plan in place.
